Job Description
• Financial analysis including valuation and financial modeling
• Researching companies and sectors for pitching and execution
• Responsibility for pitch books, marketing documents, information memorandum/management presentations
• End-to-end handling of M&A and PE assignments
• Responsible for Business Development and front end Execution of M&A and PE Deals.
• Fungible to work on Equity Capital Market related deals (Equity and Debt IPOs)
Skill sets required
• Excellent analytical, communication and client management skills
• Experience in preparing financial models, material for investors and pitches
• Ability to quickly understand and work in different sectors
• Quality work under pressure - effectiveness in managing multiple project deadlines
• Orientation to ECM/DCM deals will be an added advantage

Job Description
• Prepare and file various compliance reports as applicable by various regulators
• Ensuring appropriate investment banking transaction records are maintained in an orderly manner and stored in a readily accessible location
• Responsible for coordinating internal audit team
• Responding to Requests for Information on a timely and accurate basis from both regulators and corporate clients
• Maintenance of applicable compliance and supervisory policies and procedures in alignment with industry requirement and best practices
• Contribute in formulation of internal policies and ensure adherence to company code of conduct
• Attending various meetings of Investment Banking committees and maintaining related documentation
• Maintenance of the grey and restricted lists in collaboration with the Equity Capital Markets
Skill sets required
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in preparing requisite compliance reports to be filed with various regulators
• Ability to quickly understand and effectively respond to queries raised by regulators
• Good working knowledge of applicable securities legislation and related compliance procedures
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and complex professional environment with many time-sensitive deliverables
