*Job Description*
The incumbent would also be responsible for the following
• Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal]
• Conducting appliance health check up and demo of appliances
• Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers
• Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any
• To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances
